Interior design.

Interior Design.

Ask Jay Hodgins what informs his approach to interior design and the unhesitating reply is: composition, colour and layering.
It is his unerring eye for understanding the dynamics of spatial relationships, the ways in which colour can both surprise and delight, and his ability to create depth and intrigue through layering, that guides his work.
His residential and commercial commissions, for clients both large and small, have been featured in numerous design publications - acknowledging his place among Canada's leading designers.
Having worked with some of the country's foremost design firms, including Yabu Pushelberg and Gluckstein Design, Jay is now an independent designer working directly with clients to couple their dreams with his vision.

"We've worked with Jay for over 6 years. And the reason we keep going back is because he understands how to create beautiful rooms that one can actually live in. They're not just showrooms but 'living' rooms. Jay first worked on our home in Toronto and then our country home and now is back to help refresh our city place. There's probably no better recommendation than that."
